New Stuff for the New Year!

Well, I've been working on some fun stuff and thought I'd share it!  I've created a weekly workout sheet you can either print or fill in on the computer.  I got the idea from the meal planner that I downloaded (which I've also included).  I'm excited!!

  2. Yeah, that's what I am trying to figure out at the moment! Let me research a way/think about it for the next couple of days and hopefully I'll have a way to do it by the new year!

  3. I thought you'd be able to save/make changes to these, but now I'm not sure. I uploaded them through google docs, but maybe a different way of sharing them would work better. I'm on it!

  4. Well, here is one option. It's still working out of google docs though. Can you sign up to use it?
