Dinner: Not sure yet. Beta Alpha Psi meeting in Stillwater. We'll be taking recruits to dinner afterwards.
Activity: None for today - won't get home til like 10 or later
Bonus for today: My scale is down 4 pounds from the beginning of this week. I think tracking and exercising for at least an hour a day is really doing it! I feel really good. I'll try to keep up the exercising for a full hour on any day that I can. I really like pushing myself like that. The tracking has made me feel a lot better and less out of control too.

Wednesday
Breakfast: Hot cocoa(sugar free), oatmeal, nectarine
Lunch: Cauliflower fried rice, broccoli, apple w/cheese, 1 twix bar
Dinner: Cauliflower fried rice, grilled asparagus and zucchini, 1 twix bar, brownie & milk (my hot new insurance guy sent me brownies in the mail, thanks man).
Activity: Run/Elliptical at gym. Walked 5, ran a 10:30 mile, Walked 5, ran 5, etc doing hills then running for another 25 minutes. Then did 35 minutes and 3 miles on the elliptical.
THE LOAN WENT THROUGH!!! THANK YOU LYNN KINDER!
So now Skookum is officially a go! I am beyond excited! So much to do but it's all worth it! I will be starting a Skookum blog tonight and I'll post more when I get home from work.

Tuesday the 20th

Lunch: Soup and 5 saltine crackers, apple & cheese
Snack: Applesauce
Dinner: Cauliflower fried rice, asparagus or zucchini on the grill
Dessert: 2 mini ice cream twix
Activity: Zumba and running. I'm going to walk over to zumba tonight and then run a mile afterwards.

Good 'Ol Monday

Lunch: Soup w/crackers, apple & cheese
Snack: Applesauce
Dinner: Kashi pizza w/veggies
Activity: Gym - elliptical - went for an hour. 5.92 miles, the machine said I burned 625 calories. I feel good!
I feel like getting back hardcore. In the last month I've been pleased with my exercise but my eating is a whole other story. I'm going to get back to tracking hardcore and not going over. Eating/drinking out has been a problem but I don't have anything planned for this week so it should be a perfect time to start over and get back to dedicating myself 100%. I would really like to get out of this weight range. I've lost about 6 pounds and have gotten a lot more lean muscle but I would really like to lose another 20 pounds and what I'm doing is clearly not cutting it. Time for the second act.

Sunday
Good morning!!!
The fair was awesome! How did I not see one mullet though? It was actually pretty hot so we each had a margarita to cool down and then we finally decided on pizza on a stick. We each just ate half. It was okay. I'm actually relieved I didn't eat anything deep fried. It would have been delicious but I think I would feel way worse today so not too much fair damage on the diet to report. The people watching was so good so we literally sat in the shade for over an hour and just watched people pass by.
I finally got my fall decor put up! Mark that off the list. Pier1 has some super cute stuff!
We are going to watch a matinee showing of Strawdogs. Yes, I might be scared to live in the country for the rest of my life but I love Alexander Skarsgard so maybe he won't be that scary since I love him so much.

So I totally forgot that the emmy's were on tonight. I was going to watch and get on the elliptical but my gym is closed and I can only get fox in the living room and the elliptical can't be moved out of the study so bummer. However, the emmy's are only once a year and I love tv so I have to watch! I made a workout schedule for the week which includes 3 2-a-days. I'll go to spin in the morning.

Just as a heads-up, my hours for the next few days are going to be pretty long 6A-7P so I am not sure whether I will get much done on here. I will try my best though.
We went and watched some football Friday night, which was fun. And then last night we met up with Lauren and Joel and the dueling piano bar. Needless to say, I've been out past my bedtime the past few nights, haha! You know me! Today I am working on the talk I have to give at the end of the week-hopefully I can get most of it done by tonight.
