- Breakfast: iced coffee, 2 slices of bacon, little package of apple slices
- Lunch: low carb mac and cheese (I've finally found a use for that tiny little pot that came with our pots and pans--single servings of mac and cheese!!--Proud of myself for not making a huge pot and eating it all over the day.)
- Snack: 1 cup black cherries
- Dinner: tilapia is in the oven and hopefully we'll have some veggies--I'm in desperate need of some!

Sunday
Wow, I have been a complete bum today! Probably because I know I have to get my ass in gear starting tomorrow! I leave Wednesday for my next round of board exams in Houston and won't get back until Friday. I'm ready for that to be over with.

I love mindless tv!!! You have to tell me more about this mac and cheese. Do you make it yourself? Is it a package?
ReplyDeleteIt is called dreamfields pasta and it basically is made so that you only absorb 5g carbs per serving. It is just dry pasta and I add a couple of slices of cheese and some milk or cream. It is like real pasta though and we love it!
