Sunday

Wow, I have been a complete bum today!  Probably because I know I have to get my ass in gear starting tomorrow!  I leave Wednesday for my next round of board exams in Houston and won't get back until Friday.  I'm ready for that to be over with. 

  • Breakfast:  iced coffee, 2 slices of bacon, little package of apple slices
  • Lunch:  low carb mac and cheese (I've finally found a use for that tiny little pot that came with our pots and pans--single servings of mac and cheese!!--Proud of myself for not making a huge pot and eating it all over the day.)
  • Snack:  1 cup black cherries
  • Dinner: tilapia is in the oven and hopefully we'll have some veggies--I'm in desperate need of some!
Not bad for not really putting any effort out today.  I've been watching mindless tv most of the day, haha!  Had to get caught up on my tivo.

  1. I love mindless tv!!! You have to tell me more about this mac and cheese. Do you make it yourself? Is it a package?

  2. It is called dreamfields pasta and it basically is made so that you only absorb 5g carbs per serving. It is just dry pasta and I add a couple of slices of cheese and some milk or cream. It is like real pasta though and we love it!
