Well I didn't get up to go work out. I woke up every hour on the hour last night and am completely exhausted. I'm ready for the weekend so I can catch up on some rest.
Breakfast: chocolate almond milk
Lunch: Lasagna and a peach
Dinner: Thinking about making some sort of easy pasta dish w/tomato mozzarella salad and something for dessert. Although that means no meat and he is a guy and will probably want meat. I'm still taking suggestions!
okay new dinner menu: grilled pork chops, grilled sweet potato fries, zucchini, flax seed bread and flourless chocolate cake- I think.
If I can grab a quick workout in between work and dinner I'm going to try and do it. Trying to leave early so I can do a Jillian video while the bread is rising and then shower while cake is baking. We will see.
Haha, yeah, he may miss the meat! Maybe figure out a way to do a chicken-Parmesan type thing?
