Friday

Breakfast:  squash, coffee
Lunch: Ghengis Grill--no rice
Dinner: roast with veggies, cauliflower soup
Snack: 8 oreo's with milk (yes, we bought a pack of Halloween Oreo's as a treat, and I am pretty excited, haha)
Activity: Insanity Power and Resistance (-550), walking at the zoo
