Breakfast: Peach and oatmeal
Lunch: Soup w/crackers, apple & cheese
Snack: Applesauce
Dinner: Kashi pizza w/veggies
Activity: Gym - elliptical - went for an hour. 5.92 miles, the machine said I burned 625 calories. I feel good!
I feel like getting back hardcore. In the last month I've been pleased with my exercise but my eating is a whole other story. I'm going to get back to tracking hardcore and not going over. Eating/drinking out has been a problem but I don't have anything planned for this week so it should be a perfect time to start over and get back to dedicating myself 100%. I would really like to get out of this weight range. I've lost about 6 pounds and have gotten a lot more lean muscle but I would really like to lose another 20 pounds and what I'm doing is clearly not cutting it. Time for the second act.
