Breakfast: Hot cocoa(sugar free), oatmeal, nectarine
Lunch: Cauliflower fried rice, broccoli, apple w/cheese, 1 twix bar
Dinner: Cauliflower fried rice, grilled asparagus and zucchini, 1 twix bar, brownie & milk (my hot new insurance guy sent me brownies in the mail, thanks man).
Activity: Run/Elliptical at gym. Walked 5, ran a 10:30 mile, Walked 5, ran 5, etc doing hills then running for another 25 minutes. Then did 35 minutes and 3 miles on the elliptical.

So now Skookum is officially a go! I am beyond excited! So much to do but it's all worth it! I will be starting a Skookum blog tonight and I'll post more when I get home from work.
