Dinner: Not sure yet. Beta Alpha Psi meeting in Stillwater. We'll be taking recruits to dinner afterwards.
Activity: None for today - won't get home til like 10 or later
Bonus for today: My scale is down 4 pounds from the beginning of this week. I think tracking and exercising for at least an hour a day is really doing it! I feel really good. I'll try to keep up the exercising for a full hour on any day that I can. I really like pushing myself like that. The tracking has made me feel a lot better and less out of control too.
