Tuesday the 20th

Breakfast: Peach and oatmeal

Lunch: Soup and 5 saltine crackers, apple & cheese

Snack: Applesauce

Dinner: Cauliflower fried rice, asparagus or zucchini on the grill

Dessert: 2 mini ice cream twix

Activity: Zumba and running. I'm going to walk over to zumba tonight and then run a mile afterwards.

  1. I promise I'm not completely gone. I just got home and have to get up again at 4, so I am not really tracking anything right now.

    I'm with ya on the getting back on hard core! That is me next week! I will be doing something boring starting next week, so I will have lots of time to spend taking care of myself.
