Sorry to hear you're having a little freak out. :( Lots of things to stress about in your life right now though! Also, I meant to ask if you've seen the food truck show on Food Network?? If not, you should definitely watch it online! It is a competition series, but it is pretty neat! Maybe you could pick up tips from it because they travel to new cities and have to find the best places and see who can do the best in each city! It's called The Great Food Truck Race. Dinner: tilapia, bacon-wrapped green beans (5)
Snack: cantaloupe

Wednesday Dinner: Ranch Chicken-Kabobs, roasted baby carrots
Thursday Dinner: Crab Cakes, mashed cauliflower
Sunday Dinner: Flax "breaded" chicken fingers
I may interchange the days on this and I still have some veggie sides to work out.
