- breakfast: coffee, bacon, apple with PB
- lunch: low carb mac and cheese, protein bar (terrible lunch, but I just grabbed it on the way out and I was already 20mins late!)
- dinner: crab cakes with balsamic reduction dipping sauce, roasted white baby carrots, roasted yellow squash
