Wow, it's been 2 weeks already! I'm still loving this plan/lifestyle and have been able to do it so far during Test Block. I'm also a lot let stressed about this TB, so that's a good side-effect!
Breakfast: coffee with milk, toast, ham
Snack: blackberries and a cheese stick
Lunch: hot ham and cheese sandwich, salad
Snack: apple and PB
Dinner: grilled chicken wrap with veggies and salad
Snack: fruit and some lunch meat or cheese
Water: 2/10
Activity: jogging intervals for 20 minutes (+4.5 APS)
I'm so glad this test block is better. I am so proud of you!
