Breakfast: coffee (1) and toast (1)=2/20
Snack: half and apple and whipped PB (2)
Lunch: ham sandwich (3)=7/10
Snack: fro-yo (3)
Dinner: ravioli (6)=16/20
Snack: half an apple and pb (2), cocoa almonds (2)
Activity: walking (3) and cleaning (1.5)=+4.5 AP's
Goal for today: To be productive and not eat out of boredom, and for goodness sakes, GO TO WAL-MART!
