The breakfast looks so good!!! How many net carbs are you supposed to average a day?
ReplyDeleteWell, today I wasn't very "on plan" since I had limited lunch choices. Normally I aim for less than 40 net carbs...You start out on "induction" with only 20 and kind of work your way up to where your body works best and still loses.
