Wednesday

Breakfast: 2.5 oz cherry tomatoes (1.75), half an avocado (1.87), 2 slices of bacon (0.25), 1/2 cup full fat plain Greek yogurt (5), 1/2cup strawberries (4.34), coffee with 1oz cream (.83)

Lunch: grilled chicken wrap (15), veggies (2), water

Dinner:  chicken leg, 7 oz. cauliflower (5.52), cheddar cheese (0.72)

Snack:  blackberries (5)

    =43 Net Carbs

  1. The breakfast looks so good!!! How many net carbs are you supposed to average a day?

  2. Well, today I wasn't very "on plan" since I had limited lunch choices. Normally I aim for less than 40 net carbs...You start out on "induction" with only 20 and kind of work your way up to where your body works best and still loses.
