Eating something I haven't eaten in forever this morning: cereal! And it is healthy too! Then we are off to see the new Harry Potter movie!
- Breakfast: 3/4c. special k protein plus (9), 1/2oz. almond slivers(1.1), 1.5 oz. fresh blueberries (5.16), splenda, 1c. Almond Silk -unsweetened(0)=15.26 NC
Weeeeell, lunch was not so healthy, haha. Too many chips (should have brought a snack to the movie so I wouldn't have been starving after it was over!)
- Lunch: chips and queso (and a much larger portion than reasonable). 2 "street tacos"
- Snack: 2 sugar free Reese's
- Dinner: reheated some of the spaghetti from last night--yum!
