- Breakfast: bacon, coffee
- Lunch: falaffle(sp?), cookie, 1/3 of a can of Dr. Pepper
- Dinner: crock pot sour cream chicken enchiladas (meat made in the crock pot with sour cream sauce and put on warmed up low carb tortillas)
- snack: ? I'm craving sweets now!
Yeah it is really hard to get up at 5 only a few days a week. I've found that if I know I am getting up early (4am this month) every day of the work week it is much easier than only getting up a few days a week ....sometimes we get to sleep in for conferences, which makes it harder to wake up the next day!
