DAY 88-MANDA

Lunch: Stir fry and brown rice<>, chocolate pudding <>
Snack: 1/2 c. blackberries
Dinner: 1 shrimp soft taco (1) rice (3)
Snack: yogurt with mostly fruit (3)

Activity: walking (+8AP's)

Points: veggies, oils, protein, water, vitamin, tracking, sleep, limited, activity=9 points
