Monday

  • Breakfast:  7 pieces of turkey bacon, iced coffee
  • Snack: walnuts, cheddar cheese, tomatoes
  • Lunch/Dinner: (got to eat lunch at 4:30--thank goodness for snacks!) low carb spaghetti with lots 'o veggie-sauce.  Apple with PB.
