Sunday

  • Breakfast:  Icelandic yogurt (5), 2/3c. blackberries (4.17), iced coffee (0.92)= 10.09NC
  • Lunch: soft taco 
  • Dinner: low-carb spaghetti with extra mushrooms and bell peppers
  • Snack: apple and PB
I'm ready to get back into tracking hardcore too!
