Breakfast: Special K (dry)

Lunch: Tuna on hamburger bun, sweet potatoes from Saturday w/ketchup, apple w/cheese

Dinner: Amy's light & lean pasta  w/ asparagus, grilled corn on the cob, hummus w/broccoli

Activity: Just Zumba

  2. And woo-hoo on getting your water!!
    I get mine by carrying my camelbak bottle around. It holds 32oz/1L so I know I have to drink two (or a few if I add ice).
