Daily: water, vitamin, protein, fruits/veggies, tracked, 8 hours, limited sugar/alcohol. 7 again. it's apparently my lucky number lately.
Glad game: I sure am glad to have a husband that is caring enough to eat all of the ice cream in the house (3 different boxes of WW bars/sandwiches/etc!) so I am not tempted by it.
