Breakfast: slept through it

Dessert: Rice pudding-2

Snack: wasa crackers and dip-4

Dinner: Lean cuisine dinner-7
1 c. peas-1

Dessert: WW ice cream bar-2

Snack: Applesauce

Daily: Water, vitamin, protein, fruits/veggies, tracking, 8 hours(or 12), activity(Shred-it was hard!), oil-on chicken, limited sugar/alcohol. 9 for today.
