Friday

  • Breakfast:  1.5 eggs scrambled with mushrooms, bacon, iced coffee= 2.42 NC (0.75)
  • Lunch:  low carb mac and cheese=10
  • Dinner: James' Low Carb Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas=
  • Water:  (X) (X) (X) (X) () () () ()
  • Fitness:  strength training moves 



I'd say I need some vegetables in my diet today, haha.  That's terrible!
I'm having enchiladas too!!  :)
