Thirstday

Goal for the day: get my water in!!

Just studying for my test today, so I am at home.  I sure get my exercise in when I want to procrastinate!  It felt good today though.

  • Lunch:  mac and cheese=10NC
  • Snack:  chocolate-chip almond milk shake(2.83), cherries(11)=13.83NC
  • Dinner:  steak, yellow squash=5.07NC (5.07)
  • Water:  (X) (X) (X) (X) (X) (X) (X) (X)
  • Fitness:  c2-5k and then walking at incline= -750cal
  • Running totals:  36.3NC/9.08 veggie/1616cal/71.05g protein
