Day 33-Postgrad

Breakfast: Waffles w/apricot jam-2
Banana-1 (only half)

Lunch: Turkey wrap w/green pepper-2
mandarin oranges-1
WW yogurt-1

Snack: kashi crackers-2
laughing cow cheese-1

Dinner: WW pizza-6
Salad w/tomatoes and green onion w/greek dressing-1

Dessert: WW ice cream bar-2

Snack: Wasa crackers-1
Laughing Cow cheese-1
Yoplait yogurt-2

Yay for Fridays!

Daily: vitamin, fruits/veggies, protein, dairy, oil, tracking, 8 hours, limited sugar/alcohol, NSV(parents had real pizza and I ate my WW pizza). 9
