turkey and sandwich thins-2

Snack: pretzels-2
applesauce-1

Dinner: frozen veggies-1
WW dinner-7
WW ice cream bar-2

Snack: Frozen yogurt-4?

Daily: water, vitamin, protein, fruits/veggies, 8 hours, activity(30 day shred), tracking, limited sugar/alcohol, NSV(could have blown off exercise but did it anyways). 9 for today.
